Founded in 2004, OHMEGA specializes in aviation, commercial, educational, industrial, municipal and transportation projects. Under the leadership of Mark A. Morley, P.E., our talented staff has over 55 years of combined engineering experience. We have invested in a highly qualified, experienced staff to better serve the complex needs of our clients.

Lighting Evaluation Study at the Greater Orlando International Airport
OHMEGA assisted the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority in creating an Airfield Lighting Management System that will generate a condition assessment of the GOAA-owned and maintained airfield lighting system at the Orlando International Airport.

Mark A. Morley, P.E., RCDD
President / Senior Electrical Engineer
Professional Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in project management; electrical design of power distribution systems, lighting and controls, security systems, fire alarm systems, and voice and data communication systems; airfield engineering services; and cost engineering and analysis for residential, industrial, commercial, utilities, institutional, military, and aviation clients. Mr. Morley served for 8 years in the U.S. Army Reserves as an enlisted serviceman. Mr. Morley enjoys traveling and working out in his spare time.
Stephen Grant, P.E.
Senior Project Manager
Professional Engineer with more than 20 years of Engineering experience. In addition to his Professional experience, Mr. Grant has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from University of South Carolina. Mr. Grant served in the U.S. Air Force for 5 ½ years, rising to the rank of Captain. Mr. Grant also served as part owner of a multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm for 7 years and as president and owner of his own Structural Engineering Consulting firm for 6 years, prior to joining Ohmega. Mr. Grant enjoys coaching boys basketball in his spare time.
David Burgess, P.E.
Senior Vice President
Mr. Burgess has more than 20 years experience as an electrical engineer, project manager and business owner. His experience includes 20 years as an Officer in the U.S. Air Force where he achieved the rank of Lt. Colonel, and 12 years as owner and President of Burgess Engineering. As part of this new relationship, Mr. Burgess, as part owner will also serve as Manager of the Virginia Office, Lead Production Engineer / Quality Control Engineer who will oversee the production of Airfield Engineering, Airport Building Engineering, and Smart Airport Technology projects.

Mr. Rivera has over 10 years of experience as an electrical designer, and CAD technician/drafter. Responsibilities: electrical systems CAD design and production. Lighting calculations using Visual Professional lighting design Tools for Windows computer programs. Mr. Rivera enjoys salsa dancing & photography in his spare time.

Mr. Jasniecki has over 20 years of CAD experience; along with an extensive background in architectural, electrical and structural design. Responsibilities: electrical systems CAD design and production. Lighting calculations using Visual Professional lighting design Tools for Windows computer programs. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys traveling to Asia, hiking and nature walks
Professional Administrator with over 30 years of Government experience in the Administrative field. In addition, Cheri served 20 years in the U.S. Navy Reserves and Retired as a Chief Petty Officer in 2011. Cheri received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from St Leo University.
