We were founded in Jacksonville, Florida as a veteran-owned, minority-owned engineering consulting firm. Nivian has over 16 years of CAD design technician/drafting experience in various engineering disciplines: electrical, civil, landscape, fire alarm and telecom.

In her spare time, Nivian enjoys traveling, learning about different cultures through food, working out and being in nature.

Julienson Medor

Senior Design Technician

Julienson is a recent graduate and joined The Ohmega Group as a Senior Design Technician under the mentorship of Mark Morley. Julienson has always dreamed of becoming an Electrical Engineer, since he was a teenager, while working with his father, a former electrician. At The Ohmega Group, he is currently training in CAD drafting and design using the latest AutoCAD and Revit software. Julienson has specialized experience in electrical design of airfield electrical systems and lighting and controls.

In Julienson's spare time, he is a Jacksonville Jaquar's Fan, studying to become an electrical engineer, enjoys watching sports, fishing, photography and TED Talks.

Selisa has over 25 years of combined experience as an Office Manager, Executive Administrative Assistant and Personal Assistant.

At The Ohmega Group, Selisa manages the day-to-day Office Operations: audit reporting and compliance, Accounts Receivable & Payables, Human Resources, vendor relations, PE, COA, DBE, MBE and other Certifications and Memberships required for all domestic and foreign corporate applications, renewals, certifications, maintains the Professional and General Liabilities and Workers Compensation Insurances, provides bid assistances and the overall Team Fun Captain (painting parties, team building, football games, etc.).

Selisa is humorous, loves the Lord, reading, all things Jane Austen, old movies and gospel music and the Motown sound.

Senior Design Technician

Senior Design Technician with more than 16 years' experience in CAD drafting and design using the latest AutoCAD and Revit software. Specialized experience in electrical design of airfield electrical systems, lighting and controls, security systems, fire alarm systems, and voice and data communication systems. Recognized as very intelligent, a quick learner and very adaptable to any new design standards with great employee and team communication. The go-to guy for everything AutoCAD.

He is a professional engineer with more than 20 years of experience in project management electrical design of power distribution systems, lighting and controls, security systems, fire alarm systems, and voice and data communication systems; airfield engineering services; and cost engineering and analysis for residential, industrial, commercial, utilities, institutional, military, and aviation clients.
