We were founded in Jacksonville, Florida as a veteran-owned, minority-owned engineering consulting firm. Our team of engineers specialize in electrical engineering with a strong focus on the aviation sector.

Administrative Assistant

Talia is currently pursuing a degree in Business Marketing at Florida Atlantic University, where she is utilizing her knowledge of management, finance, and organizational strategies to further enhance her contributions to The Ohmega Group. Under the mentorship of our CEO, Talia handles a wide range of responsibilities, including company licensing, invoicing and billing, payments, payroll, and financial management. Her expertise also extends to planning and other essential administrative tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of The Ohmega Group.

Nivian has over 16 years of CAD design technician/drafting experience in various engineering disciplines: electrical, civil, landscape, fire alarm and telecom.

In her spare time, Nivian enjoys traveling, learning about different cultures through food, working out and being in nature.

Julienson Medor

Staff Project Engineer Intern

Julienson Medor has dreamed of becoming an Electrical Engineer since his teenage years, inspired by working alongside his father, a former electrician. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Florida’s College of Computing, Engineering and Construction, an ABET-accredited program. Julienson is an Electrical Engineering Intern with extensive hands-on experience supporting airfield lighting, vault design, and power distribution projects. He has played a key role in designing and implementing a wide range of airfield systems, applying strong technical skills in AutoCAD and AGi32. Julienson plays an integral role in producing accurate layouts, photometric analyses, and FAA-compliant designs. Currently, he is working under the mentorship of Mark Morley, gaining valuable guidance as he advances toward obtaining his Professional Engineering (P.E.) license.

Outside of work, Julienson is a dedicated sports fan who enjoys watching the NBA, NFL, and Track & Field—especially cheering on the Baltimore Ravens. He also enjoys cutting his grass, exploring home design ideas, and reading Advisory Circulars (ACs) such as AC 150/5340-30J, AC 150-5300-13B, AC 150-5340-18H, and NFPA 70.

Selisa is humorous, loves the Lord, reading, all things Jane Austen, old movies and gospel music and the Motown sound.

Senior Design Technician

Senior Design Technician with more than 16 years' experience in CAD drafting and design using the latest AutoCAD and Revit software. Specialized experience in electrical design of airfield electrical systems, lighting and controls, security systems, fire alarm systems, and voice and data communication systems. Recognized as very intelligent, a quick learner and very adaptable to any new design standards with great employee and team communication. The go-to guy for everything AutoCAD.
