The project consisted of the construction of a new terminal facility and multiple hangar facilities for Signature Flight Support at San Jose International Airport in San Jose, California.

of commercial air cargo facility (FedEx) and one 60,000 square feet multi-tenant air cargo facility. Initial Site Investigation, project Kick-off and Review Meetings, site Lighting design included: High Mast Aircraft Parking Lighting, Parking Lot Lighting and Photometric calculations based on the requirements of IBC, County and the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA.) Lighting controls for energy-efficient use of lighting.
Power distribution system included: Utility Service entrance and coordination, Electrical circuiting, risers and panel schedules for Site Lighting and Electrical load calculations. Voice & Data communications infrastructure (Telecom spaces, grounding, cabling, pathways & outlets). Electronic Security Systems – CCTV/ACS/IDS Design. CATV System pathway infrastructure, 2” conduit w/pull string to utility corridor; F-Connectors outlets, coaxial cabling and amplifiers to Main Telecom Room. Code Compliance with: National Electric Code (NFPA 70), latest version, International Building Code (IBC), latest version, County Building Department, National Fire Alarm Code (NFPA 72), latest version, Technical Specifications, Professional Engineer Sign & Seal of permit documents, Construction Administration Services, which included:
Response to contractor RFIs, six (6) construction site visits, shop drawing review, final inspection & punch list and record drawings.
